Lately, here has been much in the news about internet safety. The internet can be malevolent or helpful, but how can we tell the difference? How do we help our children to discriminate between the two? How can we help others to have the confidence to go against peer pressure?

To be honest, if there were simple answers to these questions, online sites would be much easier to navigate.

I have been searching out books that may be helpful. They are all up to date and one isn’t published until August 2025 (‘How can I be safe online?’). All are available from Bookshop.org and if you click on the Oasis Bookshop link, we will get some profit from the sale.

Of course there is help from the Bible for when we are trying to make decisions:
