Who holds the power in the country, county or town? Who has the power to change the climate problems of the world? The COP 27 leaders currently meeting in Egypt are finding this difficult to agree upon.

Do we hold the power when we vote in a General Election? Do we hold power if we don’t vote in an election?

We can ask many questions about Power at all levels. However, as Christians we must not forget these words:

For all authority comes from God,

and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God. (Romans 13)
